As a full-time Associate Broker, I truly enjoy helping
both buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process, with a special focus
on bringing properties to market and guiding sellers every step of the way. I
understand that selling a home is a big step, and I strive to make
the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible by keeping
communication open, staying responsive, and being there throughout the entire
process. 

My primary service areas include Hampden, Winterport, Newburgh,
and Frankfort within the RSU22 school district, where my local knowledge allows
me to thoughtfully price, market, and negotiate each property. I have
experience listing and selling a wide variety of properties, including homes,
camps, and land, and I take pride in helping each one stand out. 

Professional Experience

I was first licensed to sell Maine real estate in 1990 with Century 21 A&W
in Hampden, where I successfully listed and sold homes, camps, and land. In
2005, I returned to real estate full-time, joining Better Homes & Gardens
Real Estate – The Masiello Group in Bangor, where I continue to serve clients
from our Union Street office. 

Personal

My family has deep roots in Aroostook County, and I was born in Houlton. I grew
up in Veazie and later moved to Orono, where I graduated from Orono High School
and the University of Maine. I am married with two adult children. 

I enjoy perennial gardening, antiquing, and spending time at our
cabin in the woods. I’m also a fan of the Boston Red Sox
and Boston Bruins. I am the proud owner of a charming and very
popular cottage in Winterport Village, which I offer as a vacation rental
for visitors exploring mid-coast Maine, including Belfast, Camden,
Rockport/Rockland, Acadia National Park, the Bangor area, and the Katahdin
region.

My goal is for clients to experience professionalism, energy, and reliability—I
am an experienced, full-time Associate Broker, and I make it a priority to
respond promptly to every call or email. I’m also a strong believer
in hosting open houses for my sellers and being available when my clients need
me, including weekends.
